Πενθεσίλεια - Penthesilea

 

























Ο χρόνος κρέμεται
απο κλαδί στερφό
σαν άγουρο σταφύλι.

Στην ασπίδα που κρατά
ο τεθνεώς αθάνατος
ο φόβος της Γοργούς
δικάζει αρχή και τέλος,
ριζώνει και ρημάζει 
σαν ρωγμή που διαστέλλεται
σε σχέδιο ραγισμένο στο αίμα,

σφυρήλατος βότρυς φωτός 
που χτυπά τις έλικες 
του παραλόγου.

Ελα Πενθεσίλεια 

να το κόψεις, εμπρός!
Έλα Αχιλλέα 

να γευτείς, δοκίμασε
τον έρωτα θάνατο.

Ο Θερσίτης δεν υπήρξε ποτέ
κι ο Πάρης πέθανε θαρρώ,
μοναχά η δικιά μας μοίρα
απο θαλασσινή αρμύρα, 

ζεί στα δευτερόλεπτα εκείνα
που τα υγρά τα μάτια μας
παντρεύονται το αδύνατο.
Δεν ξερω αν θα προλάβω
το σπαραγμό του πεύκου
μα το δάκρυ του ίσως κλέψω.
Στο λέω πως τούτη τη φορά
δεν θα ξεφύγω τρέχοντας
στο διαβατό της λήθης,
μα θα λατρέψω σαν αητός
τη νύχτα του αποτρόπαιου.

Time hangs
on an infertile branch 
like an unripe grape.
On the shield he holds
the immortal dead man
the fear of Gorgon
judges the beginning and the end,
roots and devastates
like a crack expanding
on a bloodstained plan,
a hammered trusses of light
hitting helices of the absurd.

Come on Penthesilea
and cut this out, do it!
Come on Achilles
and taste this, do try 
the deathly love.

Thersites never existed
and Paris I think has died,
there is only our destiny
made out of sea saltiness,
that lives on these very seconds
when our wet eyes engage 
with the impossible.
I don't know if I catch with
the heartbreak of the pinetree
but I may steal its tear.
So, I'm telling you this time
I won't escape by running away
on the pathway of oblivion,
but I will bless like an eagle
the night of the execrable.
